The room was compact but spotless and well-organised, with a comfy single bed, en-suite bathroom, TV, and a side cabinet stocked with tea, coffee, and biscuits—such a thoughtful touch. It had been a long time since I’d slept in a single bed, but it was surprisingly comfortable and perfect for a good night’s rest. I’d definitely stay again and would recommend it to other travellers looking for a clean, cosy spot with all the essentials. “

„Fatastic hotel and our room and ensuite was lovely, my only issue was the mattress was rather noisy. Breakfast was lovely but please try either Linda McCartney or Cauldren veggie sausages as even meat eaters love them. If we're ever in the area again we'll definately stay at The Blue Boar. The staff were lovely too.“
