« DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! Paid for room with breakfast included. Checked in and was told breakfast was by voucher to be used next door at Marriott. But the front desk did not have any vouchers. Agent said to get voucher in the morning. Stopped at desk in morning and agent said there was no vouchers with my room. I showed her my reservation and she said there were no vouchers. Went to Marriott next door and told them my reservation included breakfast. That agent called the Fontana and got the...

« My 1 star is because there was no hot water!!!!! We let the water run for about 10-15 minutes which we should NOT have to do. Called the front desk and they stated to run the water in the shower and sink for 10 minutes. She then stated that because we are on the 11th floor it takes time to reach so high because it's down in the basement.. Not my first time in a hotel with 11 floors but ok! Then we went to the front desk and talked to a different front desk person and he sent engineering up to...

« The stay was definitely not what we expected. When we arrived at the property, there was no parking available, and we were told that cars could potentially be towed by morning. This was extremely frustrating, especially since parking was listed as an included amenity. Because of this, we had to leave very early in the morning to avoid the possibility of our vehicle being towed.
