« I spent a week at the Richland Inn. The room was very basic. It would be an acceptable choice for someone who is not fussy and who is on a tight budget. There was no soap in the room and no hangers; an iron – – but no ironing board. Since there was no soap, there was no soap dish. So when they provided the soap that I requested, it caked and stuck onto the countertop. « My partner and I drove over 7 hours from North Carolina to this hotel for a concert we were attending and we were very tired and looking forward to relaxing a bit. Upon checking in, we were informed there was no running hot water. We were not offered any discount or compensation for this. Once we got into our room, we immediately heard a loud noise that sounded like running water coming from the toilet. Flushing it did not solve this problem and it was still audible through the closed bathroom...

« What i wasn't aware of, only getting my room cleaned every other day until I asked. That was ok. Just dont remember anyone telling me that when I checked in. The breakfast area was great! Food was always good. Loved all the choices. Will definitely stay there in future travel. »

« We were really excited to stay, but were sadly disappointed. The pool was very chilly. And the rooms and hotel were very run down. I know they were working on updates, but everything was very worn out and in bad condition. We could hear the people in the rooms next to and above ours so easily that we could hardly sleep even with a sound machine on. The breakfast was fine and the staff were friendly, but I would not stay again due to the other issues. »

« Clean room, paint pealing, remote was barely staying together. Parking not hard as long as not too many cars. Pretty tight squeeze. Needs upgrading. Bathroom sink not in the bathroom.. weird. Free breakfast was next to nothing. For the price, I was quite disappointed. »

« The cabin was super cozy and the Christmas decorations only made the trip more special. Hot tob was at 108 degrees even on a 15 degree night. You can tell the host truly cares about her property and those who stay there!! »
