„We were not impressed with our stay. The receptionist our first night constantly had her phone in her hand and was not professional. The mattress in our room was very hard and uncomfortable. The ac did not work right and the shelf covering it was broken. We would not stay here again.“

„The hotel and room were very good, clean and comfortable. Although fridge in the room was a bit small. The only thing we didn’t like was the coffee they offered in the lobby. It was so dark roasted and bitter, it was not drinkable. Unfortunately the coffee provided in the room was dark roast as well. “

„Comfortable, large room, peaceful night's sleep. The night manager was so kind and helpful to this tired traveler. Breakfast was fresh and homemade, no powdered eggs here. Added bonus was fresh watermelon slices this morning 😁“

„It was a bit dirty and smelled of smoke. Had a dirty hand towel, towels were very worn and thin. Very much outdated, in my opinion needs a great bit of work. Bed cover had small burn holes. Sheets were clean, pillows a bit small. All in all it served the purpose for a good sleep and a hot shower.“

„We had two rooms. One of the rooms had water seeping up through the floor when you walked on it. The sheets and pillow cases were overly stained in both rooms. The AC unit in our other room had a big hole in it and you could see outside. The blankets were so thin, and the kiddos got too cold. „We were in town for the college World Series and this was one of the cheapest places to stay ($180/night vs. $900/night). It’s a place where construction crews and other laborers stay for extended work jobs. It’s not for families with kids. There are people here who a permanent residents. That said, the rooms were clean but had no amenities. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. There were a bunch of people there who were there for the college World Series, many who said they wouldn’t ...

„A staff member entered my room without knocking at 11:30 at night while I was in bed. He said he didn't know the room was occupied. About 20 minutes later, a different staff member knocked and demanded I come down to the front desk and re-check in saying they had a mistake in their computer. At nearly midnight, I had to get dressed and go back downstairs to the lobby and check in all over again.
