« I really appreciated the service at the breakfast. »

« Our booking was mismanaged; one room was giving away. The front desk clerk was rude and unhelpful, basically telling me she couldn’t do anything and wasn’t able to help. »

« Très propre mais chambre délabré pas entretenu »

« Staff was very nice. Room amenities were excellent. Only complaint was the room A/C was off when we arrived. If the room was booked it should have been turned on since it was 88⁰ outside. Will use this hotel again. »

« C'est propre. »

« Room was clean who ch is always my number one observation. Lobby was welcoming and had nice refreshments. Breakfast, dinner, takeout, and bar was a bonus. Lobby Tabs had games on. »

« The staff we dealt with was very helpful and kind, no issues there. The room was clean as was the rest of the hotel. Our only complaint was that the elevator was atrocious. It moved very slow, made strange sounds, the door would get stuck at times and my boyfriend actually got stuck in the elevator for about 10 min before luckily being able to get out thanks to the door finally opening. The person on staff made it seem like the elevator has issues a lot when I went and told them about it, which...
