« La chambre était belle et bien équipée. Le petit déjeuner était un peu simple et mériterait d’être un peu plus étoffé. »

« There was amble parking, though, I didn’t have a car. The lady that worked at the front desk in the lobby was very nice. The breakfast was was good. What I found disappointing was that my room was not serviced. No new towels trashcan not emptied. I checked in on a Friday and left on Monday.. I wasn’t even asked if I needed additional towels or any thing with the room. I could’ve used another bath towel. Foot towel another tiny soap, and a lotion. »

There is no elevator and the stairs are very steep. It’s only one flight which wasn’t a problem for us but could be for others. Bedside wall lights are awkwardly placed so they need to be moved to...

« We selected this property because we have stayed at Fairfield in Moab, Utah several times and we really enjoyed the staff, the atmosphere was friendly as well. But, this place in Monticello was the oposite. Sorry! »

« It's not as it seems on the pictures and a lot things are disappointing... *CONSTRUCTION -- the area is still under construction. So you will see construction workers around you and trucks passing in front of your windows. *NO WIFI -- wifi was ok when I checked in but not working in the morning. There is no service in the area so your cell phone will not work. *NO HOT WATER -- water was hot for 2 minutes but then it was only lukewarm. Even 1 person cannot have a shower with hot water. *FLOOR...
