« Cool old farmhouse in a rustic setting. It was clean and easy to book and stay. No staff on-site, but it was no problem. Everything is done online. Would recommend it to friends and family »

« Very nice place. Would stay again. (suggestion: Put a real door on the bathroom, not a sliding barn door. It's not truly private.) »

« We are very grateful for the stay and for all the kind treatment and the beautiful place. »

« Very friendly staff. Charming place »

« The Orchard House is an amazing B&B! From the folks taking care of us to the delicious meals to the views, everything was a 10 out of 10! I highly recommend! »

« This is an awesome place. Worked perfectly for 12 family members from Colorado for a wedding in Waynesburo. Everyone loved it. Smores on the campfire; in the middle of the woods; very special place! »

« Once we found it, it was beautiful! The GPS took us to a road that was not open and confused us. The exact address should be sent by the confirmation letter but was not. However, once we found it, we were impressed. Deer in the yard, birds in the trees and just all round perfect. Will be back. »

« Cleanliness and ease of check in »

« Beautiful location. Wonderful hosts that communicated well. The large screened porch with the view and sound of the river was exactly the peace we hoped to enjoy. We spent every morning enjoying coffee and every evening watching deer from the comfort of the porch. The yard was well kept, which was nice when we wanted to head down to the river. There was a fire pit with everything needed down near the river. The hosts even left some fishing rods and tackle if we wanted to fish a bit. We took a...

« The cabin is cute, but the property beside it looks down on the cabin so not much privacy or a view. There's no dishwasher, oven, or even a hair dryer here. When it rains the water turns rusty, thus is not drinkable and they don't leave bottled water for you or offer to help with that so that limits showers, toilets turned rusty, couldn't make coffee etc. The property was a little overgrown when we arrived as well. But a person came while we were there and cut the grass. »

« beautiful cabin that was very clean. Host was very responsive. could not have been a better location for the wonderful places to visit. »

« The property is beautiful. The host somehow outshines that. The communications tool needs to come up to their level. If your need to relax and recharge, this is a perfect space. »

« We had a great time this weekend in your cozy cabin. There was just enough room for everyone and we were all quite comfortable. The nature around the cabin was so pretty, and we had tons of beautiful butterflies visit us. We ended our afternoons with a nice dip in the hot tub, which is a nice addition to the home. The hosts were very accommodating when we needed local information as well. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home. »

« Our 2-BR condo was lovely. Everything was sparkling clean and the place was spacious for what we needed. What MADE it, though, was the VIEW which was spectacular! I felt we should have been pre-informed that there was no coffee for us to use. We could have easily brought some but didn’t know of its non-existence. »
