« The hotel offers large and comfortable rooms right on the shore of Lake Seneca, at a walking distance from downtown Geneva. There are very nice lake views and access to a beautiful lake promenade. HOWEVER, the lack of staff can be felt throughout the facilities. Our rooms (my party had 3 of them) were never serviced, even though we asked three times to have fresh towels and coffee-making supplies. We had to ask at the desk for towels and supplies, but the promised room service never...

« This is a convenient place to stay if you are visiting the Cayuga Lake area, especially the wine trail. Be aware that their policy is to provide only one towel per person. If you are going to swim, definitely bring towels, as you are not supposed to take them off the property. »

« Cute rustic cabin tucked away with a bit of property for kids and dog to play. Easy access from main road. Check in/check out was a breeze! Would have liked to have been closer to somewhere with direct lake access - we listened to workers cutting tree limbs down most of the time. Owners were very thorough with amenities provided and great to work with. We did not locate any sheets for the pullout couch - we thought that was included with the linens, but I guess we should have brought some...
