„My husband and I love to enjoy a quick weekend getaway and this was perfect for our trip! It was a neat little experience and I wish we had more time to enjoy the fire pit and explore the area. “

„Cute little cabin, sleeps 6. Quiet, in the woods just outside Ava city. Kitchen is just a dorm fridge, microwave, coffeemaker. We brought our own tabletop grill and cookstove. Fun property with room for kids to play, playground, picnic tables, firepit to roast marshmallow.“

„The stay was beautiful and very clean. Beds were comfortable. Suggest bringing a fan to push air to upstairs loft. 10/10 recommend and will be back. Teenagers even had a good time! “

„The house is a little rustic, but everything was clean/in good working order and it has plenty of space. It is only 18 minutes from great off-roading at SMORR and there was plenty of space for parking. There are a handful of gas stations and good restaurants just a few minutes away, but the house itself is a little out of the way so it is nice place to relax. I enjoyed the front porch with a view of the valley across the way.“
