„Overall, this COULD BE a great rental if the owner cared for the house and improved communication. It took me four months to get a response to revise our stay dates but we were finally able to about a month before our stay so it worked out. There were no hand towels in the downstairs bathroom nor hand soap. And no paper towels. But still those were things we could deal with. „This is a wonderful property that will comfortably sleep 4-5. The house is very clean and very well stocked with linens, kitchen supplies, etc. The beds were obviously newer and very comfortable! The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. There are grocery stores, fast food, restaurants, and anything you might need within a 5-10 min drive from the house. We stayed here while attending two shows at the Portsmouth Pavilion. The location was perfect. Easy 10 minute drive to the pavilion.  ...
