„Free parking, staff was helpful and attentive, room was clean but rundown. The common areas of the hotel are terribly dirty and disgusting. The carpets all need removed and updated. Just not what we have experienced at other Bally properties. The casino is clean and carpets are newer and well maintained. The sports bar in the casino has great food and service. If you are going to gamble, I recommend this casino, but I would not stay at this hotel again.“

„The room itself was clean. The pool was not at all. It was gross. The hotel is close to a highway and the noise level is very high. If I were to stay again I would request a room on the parking lot side of the hotel. And I wouldn't bring my swimsuit. Seriously, gross.“

„The room was clean but a bit out of date. Breakfast was good. Friendly staff. Unable to use pool/hot tub due to an incident with another guest which was disappointing since we booked the hotel for the hot tub.“

„The elevator was out of service and our suite was only available on the third floor. We agreed to a regular room on the first floor with no offer of rebate. Generally speaking the cleanliness of the property was suspect. Twice cleaning supplies were left on our room and the bathroom floor smelled of foul mop water. We switched one night to a different hotel and had to get Expedia involved to get a refund from the hotel.“

„Pro: One of the most comfortable beds I have slept on in a hotel. Con: Furniture had extremely heavy dust all over.“

„This place was horrible. There was trash everywhere. The property was falling apart. It was unclean, unkept and unsafe. I was in the area for work. I booked a room for a week. I lasted one night. The people in the rooms next to me yelled all night. I was up all night looking out off the window because I thought someone was gonna steal my car. The room was non smoking but it smelled like smoke. This was the worst stay of my life. This is a crack motel. Please do not stay at this motel.“

„I kinda missed reading that the parking was at additional cost which was kind of a bummer considering the high prices per night. We didn’t have much choice in places to stay so this was the most adequate option. Though I’d say for what you pay the bathroom should have been way cleaner! Anyways if I’d have to go to Evansville ever again I guess I’d stay there “

„Kurzfristig gebucht und 2 große Zimmer bekommen. Ein Fernseher im Vorraum mit Sofa und noch ein Fernseher im Schlafzimmer. Kein Abendessen aber eine Bar und Frühstück. Sehr nette Angestellte.“

„Hello, The Breakfast is nothing to write home about. VERY Generic basic offers. We stayed 3 nights and only ate breakfast once there because it was so Generic. Room was nice , The have nothing interesting on the TV Guide, but you really don’t need to be in front of the TV, we like to wind down at bedtime watching something good and didn’t really have that. No plastic utensils or any kind for Coffee“
