„Very nice rooms, awesome bathrooms, a great view, friendly staff, family friendly and good restaurants“

„Great value, very friendly service, nice room (had the junior suite). Don’t expect too much from the balcony though, they are mostly too narrow to really enjoy, more for a step outside. The hotel’s location is excellent for going up to town and you have nearby restaurants as well. The breakfast buffet is not big but offers a selection of delicious foods. “

„Very nice older property right near Gondola. No ac in rooms and windows shut so quite warm when we checked in. The hot tubs and pool were very nice. We had some plumbing issues. Probably a bit overpriced compared to some other properties nearby. We were attending the bluegrass festival and that was fantastic!“

„Nobody was there to welcome, no staff was there to accommodate us.“

„Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The property was not ready upon our arrival, and communication from the host was poor throughout the process. With no clear resolution or timely updates, we had to make the difficult decision to travel to another city to find accommodations for the night. I would not recommend this property based on our experience. Location and parking lacked detailed information.“

„Beautiful setting, lodge was very well maintained. Nice amenities and extremely helpful staff. Loved riding the gondola into Telluride!“
