« It was an older property that was not maintained well. There was mold on the walls and the beds were not the size they were supposed to be. It was honestly pretty gross. »

J'ai découvert une chambre au charme désuet (passons), à la moquette crasseuse et baignée par une forte odeur de renfermé et tabac froid. La climatisation était assourdissante et il a fallu l'éteindre pour fermer l'oeil. Mais le comble fut de découvrir après une mauvaise nuit que j'avais été piquée par des punaises de lit, avec une belle allergie en prime. La médiocrité du petit-déjeuner...

« The Paddler's Retreat is REALLY out of the way. We enjoyed our stay however, people need to understand that all services are limited. Due to Covid there is only a very limited breakfast, mostly cold. If you want tea, you will need to use the microwave. The range is not available. Furthermore, the options are more limited for dinner. There is only a gas station / limited eatery that stop serving at 6:30pm. The little town, Confluence is about 5 miles away. After that you are out of luck. There...

« This hotel does not serve breakfast. It is located around restaurants and shopping if you forgot anything you could easily get it. It looks like it is renovated. My room was clean. Microwave and fridge are in the room. My AC unit was very loud. I could not hear the tv when it came on. Luckily I am a heavy sleeper, but it could wake someone up if they are a light sleeper. »

« Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. She gave me a free bag if laundry soap and a smile. Washer and dryer took about 25 quarters .should be card operated. But thats just nit picking. Stay was comfortable and pleasant! »

« Probablement le plus beau Holiday Inn ou j'ai couché depuis des années. Propre, accueillant, personnel très sympathique. Restaurant déjeuner sur place excellent. Situé en plein centre-ville, stationnement sur place facile et sécuritaire. »

« The Lodge is on a lake and it is very peaceful there. I stayed there because there is a restaurant attached and it was convenient. But the restaurant wasn’t open for breakfast and the coffee bar/ alcohol bar didn’t open until 4 pm, so wasn’t useful. Also the first floor is on the second floor and no elevator so if you have any physical disability, this isn’t the place for you. But if you love to golf or use the lake, it’s great. I saw several families also staying there. »

« Beautiful historical house Debra was the best host and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Excellent location off the GAP bike trail. We will be back again. No dislikes to be had »
