« Room carpet was filthy and VERY obviously not vacuumed and actually hallway carpet was in the same condition. Trash from several rooms was out in the hallway. Dead roach in bathtub; towels were stained. Bathroom door was broken No coffee pot in room. The door to the room did not meet the sill and had at least a one inch gap from top to bottom. The advertised “continental breakfast” was basically non- existent. Posted sign said from 5-9. When I arrived at 6 there was basically nothing...

« I arrived to check in and there was no one there for at least a good 10 to 15 minutes then the gentleman comes and tells me that my room has no TV then I get to the room and it’s filthy has hair all over the place. The microwave is on the floor. The blanket on the bed is dirty. The pool did not even have water. »

« The staff was very nice, friendly, and always helpful. The suite we stayed in for 7 days was very spacious . The beds and sheets were clean the kitchenette appliances and walls area could have used some cleaning up and wiping down . The walls in the kitchen area needs to be wiped down along with the walls in the restroom. The hotels is well lit and close to lots of restaurants, gas stations and Walmart . Are family enjoyed are stay »
