« Stayed in room 1 and bed was too firm. The bathroom was mouldy and shower head and the drain in shower over filled with water. Bedroom was clean but could not get comfortable on such hard mattress. Spa was nice and food was really good in restaurant. »

« The room is immaculate. Nice shower and has nice toiletries. Comfortable bed but i find the pillows too soft. The hotel is very close to the seaside. The staff are friendly and helpful. « Belle chambre avec une très belle vue par compte les serviettes anciennes avec déchirures..la receptioniste la 1er nous a accueillies avec un pessimisme sans aucune sourire ni bon accueilles.Le petit déjeuner pas digne de la chaîne mercure pas trop de choix et pas bonne qualité de café par contre la localisation et la vue et la propriété de la chambre rien a dire. ire »

« Séjour agréable, nous avions une grande chambre avec une très grande hauteur sous plafond. On sent que l'hôtel mériterait une bonne rénovation mais c'est fonctionnel. Le plus appréciable était la piscine couverte que nous n'attendions pas (la piscine fermée est la piscine extérieure). Bon petit déjeuner à un tarif honnête (10£/pers) avec du choix (continental+english). Emplacement parfait pour découvrir le front de mer de Torquay. »
