« Perfect location to get away and have some quiet time without being very far away from local activities. Spacious inside and out so your not sitting on top of one a other. Some things to take note, house does get hot and stuffy, bring some fans. There are ceiling fans in the downstairs bedrooms and an AC unit in the loft upstairs. « We had very good trip to the Avoca/Hornell area. The home was clean and comfortable and the owner was responsive to messages throughout our stay. This is a good place for 5 to 8 people. It is very large and there is a lot of room to spread out. »
