The soda machine took our money, gave us change, but the bottle didn't come out. But we got refunded from the front desk and a bottle of water. Otherwise everything seemed fine. « DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! The pool was empty “for maintenance”. I was looking for ice and nobody was at the front desk so I had to find a cleaning lady and ask where the ice machine was. The reason I couldn’t find it is because there wasn’t one! It was “on order“. The remote control batteries were dead. While the room had been updated with plank flooring, the bathroom stunk. « New owners. They are diligently working to upgrade the property. The rooms are large and very clean. Air conditioning worked fantastic. The pool got plenty of use. A nice surprise was the campfire and the owners supply the wood. Highly recommend. »

« The house was very comfortable and Mike was super helpful. This was convenient to the Mt. Telemark trails. It isn't fancy, but beds were comfy and the kitchen was well appointed. »

« Cabin is exactly as described. Host sent several messages to insure everything was fine. Just a couple of minutes from downtown Hayward. Comfortable bed along with two bunk beds, perfect for a family with two kids. No stove, but apartment size fridge, coffee maker etc. »

Could have been cleaner. The bathroom rug looked like it hadn’t been washed recently, there were dust bunnies under the beds, dead bugs and spiderwebs. The smoke detector kept beeping so I ran to Walmart to get a new battery for it. Overall, a super cute little place. I would stay here again. »
