« The bathroom had mold, the bedroom was dirty, and the bathroom was dirty too. There were cobwebs everywhere, the mattress was dirty, the bed was broken, and there were hairs in the shower. There was no heating, the window was open, the curtains were dirty, the walls were dirty, and the floor was dirty. In fact, everything was dirty. "My stay in May was unfortunately catastrophic, mainly because of several serious issues. On the day of our departure, a housekeeper woke us up at 8 a.m. to clean the room, which was particularly unpleasant. We also had a plumbing problem that caused water to flood the bathroom floor. On arrival, the toilet flush was not working, and we had to call a repairman to fix it. However, my most recent stay in August was absolutely fantastic, and this was probably largely due to the fact that I was given one of the renovated rooms. The welcome was perfect, and the receptionist greeted me in French — a big thank you to her for that! The room was clean, well laid out, and very quiet. I was also very happy to see that it had a shower rather than a bathtub, unlike the older rooms still found in the hotel. It is clear that the renovation has brought a real upgrade in terms of comfort and quality. The only minor negative point was that the plumbing made some noise after the toilet was flushed, but this was a very small issue compared with the overall quality of my stay. Overall, I am really satisfied with my most recent experience and very pleased to see the improvements made to the hotel. The renovated rooms make a real difference!"

"Nous avons passé deux nuits absolument parfaites dans cet hôtel. Tout était à la hauteur de nos attentes : une chambre confortable et des espaces impeccablement entretenus. Mais ce qui a vraiment rendu notre séjour exceptionnel, c’est la gentillesse et l’attention du personnel. Chaque membre de l’équipe a été incroyablement accueillant, souriant et aux petits soins. Nous nous sommes sentis sincèrement les bienvenus du début à la fin. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour cette belle expérience. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et recommandons cet hôtel les yeux fermés !"

"The location of this hotel is very convenient if you need a room near LHR Airport; it is just one metro stop from Terminal 3 to Hatton Cross station— simply cross the road, and you are there. Despite the fact that this hotel is so close to the airport and you can see the planes flying overhead, our room was very quiet and we didn't hear any noise. The room was pleasant, and the bed had a very good mattress and pillows, we felt comfortable. A small fridge is provided, as well as a water kettle to make coffee and tea— something we really appreciated. The breakfast was good, with a wide international selection. The lady at the reception was very friendly, and it was also great that we could keep the room until noon on the day of departure and leave our luggage at the hotel until we headed to the airport in the evening. As an improvement for this hotel, it would be nice to have complimentary bottles of water or a carafe of drinkingwater in the room. When the room was cleaned, our bed was made, but the bathroom wasn't done. At check-in, the computer system turned out to be down, and we had to wait a long time before we could get a room, this can happen, however be offered a glass of water in this situation would have been appreciated."
