„The place is a bit run down, but the rooms are clean and quite large. Staff at the reception, specially in the evening, was quite unfriendly and rude. “

„The staff were friendly. Location was great. Quiet neighborhood but near the Jubilee line. Unfortunately we specifically booked it because of the lift but we were unaware that the lift was broken for an extended period of time and the sign on the lift looked like it had been there a while. We were there 6 days and not once did we see anyone even attempt to fix the lift. The stairs are tilted and wonky which make it even more difficult for those with mobility issues. „Great value stay in a great location, like that it's a girlguiding centre and supports a charity“

„Freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer.

„Don’t expect the Waldorf Astoria. It’s a small, cosy hotel. The staff always do their best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. But you have to speak to them if you want them to take action! Breakfast is freshly prepared; it’s not a buffet. The location is very convenient: shopping, evening strolls or a spontaneous trip into the city centre – everything is just a few minutes’ walk away. The only thing that ‘bothered’ me a little – though that’s really just nit-picking – is that the room ...

„Top gelegenes Hotel!“

„Basic Standard. Room ok. No slippers or bathrobe though.“
