« Nice business hotel, well maintained, very good rooms, not noisy, restaurant good but expensive for Pontianak, very good breakfast. However : no masssage facilities except in room, not really comgortable, and then the therapist swiches on the TV to wathch her favorite soap opera. Very poor service from her, to avoid certainly. Location is fine if you have to go to UNTAN, otherwise it is a little bit far from city center. Not really far and traffic jams are not comparable to Jakarta's ones ! »

« at first they wanted to put me in a smoking room which I strictly refused.I had an advanced paid booking with clearly non-smoking preference. So they upgraded me to executive room. which was ok, But later came next issue. room was okay, but no light switch worked to switch off the light at the entrance. I called for assistance starting 10.30 PM. All numbers tried: room service, housekeeping, concierge, no response. I tried again and again till 1.30 AM, finally.. at 2 AM they manage to took out...

« Great location in Ketapang. Plenty of restaurants nearby and shopping. Small grocery store next door and a mini mart few doors down from that. Hotel has great bikes for rent if you are brave enough to get out on that road. ;0) »

« La chambre sentait la vieille cigarette ... Nous étions de passage pour un vol et il était assez loin de l'aéroport. La chambre était très bien ...On dirait un hotel fantôme, le déjeuner était bien (malgré les quelques cafards qui se promenaient entre les plats) »
