« Three Trails is ideally located in downtown Elkin. It, however, is located next to an active railroad line and trains do sound their horns early in the mornings and sometimes at night. Three Trails is also on the corner of the main street junction of the city. Therefore, there is street noise. Three Trails would be much improved, and more comfortable for guests, if sound proofing glass is installed in the windows. « We enjoyed our stay in the cabin. It is as pictured very small and cozy. There is only one suitcase holder so it is necessary to get creative with storing your belongings. We were glad to have an a hanging toiletry bag as the sink is small. We had difficulty working the split but the host did reply to us right away. A quiet and peaceful get away. »

« I was looking to get away for some quiet time for self-reflection. Between the sound of the babbling brook and the green canopy over the hot tub, it was the most serene period of self-reflection that I have ever experienced. the cabin was very cozy and clean, and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Helpful hint - screenshot the wifi password BEFORE you go up the mountain!!! Amazing stay. Will be going back for sure. »

« We had a very nice stay at the glamping unplugged. It was super clean, very comfortable bed, and a really cool experience, especially at night. I’ve never seen that many fireflies at once and it was beautiful. I appreciated the fire wood, the fire place, and the camping toilet in the tent. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because there were no towels as advertised and there were no instructions on how to use the charging box.
