We had the “VIP package” and this gave us access to the adult only pool which was dirty throughout our entire stay it had like a yellow oil dirt on the side. The staff all looked over worked, the servers, the chef. They only opened 2 restaurants per night and even close the buffet some nights. Our butler made our stay as comfortable as he could, ...
