„Unser Zimmer war immer tip top sauber, ganz lieben Dank an die Dame die sich so viel Mühe gegeben hat und jeden Morgen ein großes Lächeln mitgebracht hat. Das ganze Personal war wirklich phantastisch, lieben Dank an alle! Speziell aber an Roberto und Luis vom Empfang /Concierge Bereich und Silvia die im Spa arbeitet. Beim Essen gab es immer Büffet und diverse Restaurants on top, wie zum Beispiel ein Steak House, Sushi oder Italienisches Essen.“

„We had stayed at the Krystal Grand a few years ago and really enjoyed it so we decided to go back and stay in the Altitude Tower this time! Unfortunately is was not at all as we expected. The rooms in the Tower (a supposed upgrade) reeked of mold and when we changed rooms the mold was just as bad as in the second room as it was it first! The rooms are not only outdated but poorly maintained! The rooms with private pools offered no privacy at all and didn't have a patio sitting area! The pool in ...

„Great Location Right on the Beach , ideal for Long Morning Walks to either direction and closeby other restaurants. We had a Rental car which was Great for Trips to Cabo Pulmo, Todos Santos and the Art Walk in down town San José on Thursdays from 17-22 hrs. Free parking at the hotel .“

„En la habitación que nos dieron no servía el aire. Fueron a checarlo 3 veces y no se pudo reparar. Creo que nos debieron de haber cambiado de habitación desde el inicio. Dormimos escuchando como goteaba al aire toda la noche y pasamos calor. Poniendo a un lado eso, el staff de recepción siempre mostró buena disposición en ayudarnos. Todo lo demás estuvo genial.“

„This property has the basics, 2 main pools and an adult pool. The buffet was very good and the food options were changed often. There’s shopping right across the street for everything you may need. And the staff were very helpful and friendly. What we didn’t like was the one restaurant (Luna) food wasn’t that great. And the selections were limited.“
