„The room was very clean when we first came to our room and every morning the house keepers would come in and clean up the room. The staff was extremely kind and friendly. Some people who come to my head are Juan David and Miguel the waiters outside,Axel from the front of the hotel greeting us and helping us get transportation and Margarita with her friendly personality greeting us to go into breakfast.“

"Das Hotel hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen, besonders das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielfältig. Allerdings war das Buffet am Abend eher enttäuschend. Ein großer Minuspunkt war, dass die Liegen bereits morgens um 7 Uhr von Gästen reserviert wurden, und das Personal auf Nachfrage leider nichts dagegen unternommen hat, obwohl in den Poolregeln steht, dass dies nicht erlaubt ist. Das war wirklich anstrengend und hat den Poolaufenthalt getrübt."
