"I cannot think of a better place to stay in old town Zadar. Apartments was great. Staff was wonderful and stayed up late for us despite our late arrival. The breakfast was free, made to order and fantastic! The apartment/hotel is located in the center of the old town. Main cathedral is visible from the windows. All sites in old town Zadar are within five/eight mins walk. "

"This place was amazing. We didnt know what we were getting into until we arrived. Large beach areas, activities, amazing volleyball and football courts. The food was the best I have had at an all inclusive (I am used to Carribean all-inclusives). Lots of fun to be had. Super kid friendly. "

It seemed larger than the impression we had from the photos, particularly the outside balcony which is lovely and private and has stunning sunset views in the evenings. "We stayed in the two bedroom apartment. It was beautifully decorated with ample space. Had everything we needed for a few nights in Zadar. The location was perfect for exploring the old town, sunset watching and lots of restaurants nearby. Nice touches such as a nespresso machine with capsules, dishwasher, magnifying mirror in the bathrooms! Loved our stay here and would highly recommend to a family or group of friends. "

"Dominik war immer erreichbar und immer zur stelle wenn man ihn brauchte. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Es fehlte an nichts. Der pool war das Highlight für die Kinder, aber auch für uns. Das Wasser reicht locker für den ganzen Tag und beide Wohnungen sind Klimatisiert so das man angenehm schlafen kann. Es liegt eher abseits so das man auf ein Auto angewiesen ist. In allem hat uns der Urlaub sehr gut gefallen."

"This property is beautifully maintained with all new fixtures in the kitchen and bathroom. The furniture is also new and the dishes are all new, matching and set for 4 people. Parking on the street was easy and free. The unit is on the ground floor so only one or two steps to get inside. It is not on the waterfront, but one one block away from the water, and a 5 minute walk to the bridge to the old city. "We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was clean, quiet, spacious and well equipped. Could be improved by having the TV on a pivot stand as it was hung in a place that made viewing very difficult. Also a caddy in the shower cubicle would be helpful. "

"The upper floor was toasty with a very small draft of wind coming from the air conditioner which only functioned when guests were in the room as per the rules of the property. The shower was superb the toilet seat was not - however the staff fixed the seat within one day. The pool was fantastic ! The hotel owner was very friendly and pleasant. She had a fabulous restaurant with good sized portions. The kitchen was decent. The hotel needed better cooling system as all the rooms were very hot. "

"It is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed. To begin with, the apartment has only one air condition for three rooms which was unacceptable considering the fact that it was 38 degrees. There were no towels and they brought us finally a few towels which were dirty (no more comments). Also, the room stinks. And the lady who is supposed to be the manager is absolutely rude and impolite. On top of that, there was no hot water at all. Finally, when I asked for some extra sheets she found this...
