small but fine, its only 3 stars hotel, i didn’t expect too much, but in the room of this hotel is better than 3 stars. it has everything like 5 stars in the room. Iron, ironing board, water boiler, safe box, wall usb charger, hair dryer. only one problem in the room was the drain in shower room. the most disruption is breakfast room.

Our stay in your hotel is memorable because of the courteous , and friendly receptionists . The service is excellent. Our daughter is very much delighted of the choco fountain that greeted us upon arrival. Our stay is almost perfect except that there were still used towels in the bathroom from the previous guests. The room is not well cleaned especially the bathroom floor and the lamps on the bedside. We hope the housekeeping area will improve their standard and not overlook the cleanliness. Nevertheless, our stay was memorable and we‘re looking forward to come back again. Thank you Swiss Chocolate Hotel.

Good location beim Bahnhof und See
Gute location, nettes Team, modern und sauver. Single Zimmer ist sehr klein, minimalistisch eingeräumt, für einen Koffer gibt es kein Platz. Das Fenster kann man zwar offnen, aber dann gibt es Lärm McIntyre der Strass. Einfacher und kurzer Weg zum Bahnhof (5 Minuten zu Fuß. Cafés um die Ecke als Frühstück Alternative.

Sehr coole Einrichtung
Die coole und konsequente Schokoladeeinrichtung war super. Sogar ein Schokobrunnen beim Eingang. Einzig das Bettmümpfeli hat gefehlt auf dem Kissen.

Very solid hotel, clean and great location. Beds are comfortable as well and the property overall is in great condition, looks relatively new. My only complaint, a small one, would be more lighting in the bathroom. It’s kinda dim in there. Otherwise, great place for the rate.

Excellent spot, great attitude. It is rather narrow the building in the entrance and i wish it had a small ramp not to lift the suitcases in the 3 steps. But i would recommend it.

This hotel was terribly small and hot. Our room was less than 10 x 10. There was a full sized bed and maybe 10 inches space around it on three sides. There was literally no place to open or place a suitcase except on the bed. The shower/sink was so small you could barely open the shower door because you were hitting the sink. There wasn’t even room to turn around. The “chocolate fountain” in the lobby was a joke. The chocolate was gritty and the wafers to dip tasted like they had been sitting there since last year. The hotel lobby, halls, and rooms were blazing hot in September. DONT STAY HERE!

We have an A/C in the room which was just controlled and cools down to 20 degrees. We are sorry not to be able to cool more down in terms of economical reasons. We would be happy welcoming you back again, maybe in an other room type and during an other period.

We stayed 3 nights in Zurich. The location is great, 5 mins walk from the rail station and the many highlights of the city. The check in was very friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable although slightly on the small side. The next day we enquired about the lake cruise and the receptionist (Catia?) was very helpful, always cheerful. We had a very pleasant stay, the chocolate fountain was a bonus :)
