„The staff members are just like humanoid robots. Everything takes ages and they solely rely on the screen/paper in front of them. No common sense, human understanding or real communication. When not engaged you can see them recharge their social battery by staring at their handheld dopamine dispenser. But when they are on a mission they run around the lobby and do not care if they cut the way of a customer or anything. As if they were trying to get a cheap tv on black friday.
