« Le stric minimum, on a payé pour une chambre avec cuisine, pas de poêle pour cuisiner, juste des casseroles. Chambre grande est confortable. Le personnel en retrait et peu à l'écoute, on a dû redemander 2 fois pour une couette en plus, car la ventilation du chauffage la nuit fait enormement de bruit... finalement on a dû faire avec 3 draps supplémentaires. Petit déjeuner compris... c'est un grand mot, passez votre chemin si c'est votre critere principal. Un jus de fruit, un muffin ou...

« When we arrived there was no hot water. We told the office but they were too busy. A nice maintenace man told us someone was working on it and should be working shortly. An hour later we had to leave for our event without a shower. The M. Man told us as we were leaving that the hot water just got fixed. We went to our event, came back about 11:00 pm. « Room looked clean from the outside but: stained sheets red stained pillow sheets (looked to be blood). We slept with our shirts over the pillowcase. pee stained mattress fire alarm beeping because of dead battery sticky/dirty floors human hair in sheets, pillows, towels Would not recommend staying at this location as we were not pleased one bit. »

« I can tell there is a change over in management since my last stay. Cleanliness was hit-or-miss. There was a trash can sitting in the hall next to the elevators on the fourth floor that was crawling in ants. I had to report it three times (once a day for three days) before anyone took care of the problem. The tables and the countertops in the dining area were dirty! I had to clean them myself in order to use the area. »

« We had to wait outside till someone showed up to check us in. The room was falling apart and I didn’t investigate much past the fridge that had white stuff running down it and slime all over it. We turned around went back to the car. »
