« This hotel has obvious long-term guests who are camping in the rooms with their doors open. The hotel management thought it would be a great idea to let us stay in a room directly next to one of those guest rooms which had at least 4 people inside being loud while drinking alcohol mid-day. They even attempted to open the door between ours rooms through the connection - after visibly seeing us outside and knowing it was occupied. We left to book another hotel before it got dark since we expect it...

« It was clean but there was only one towel and no trash can in the room at all »

« Room was very dirty and when we showed pictures to the front desk agent, they seemed very unconcern and offered merely to move us to a different room, which I'm sure would not have been much cleaner. We really wanted a discount or an extra night added to our stay. Whole time we were treated with a very dismissive attitude as though we were in a budget hotel, and couldn't expect more than pubic hairs on the toilet, dirty Q-tips on the floor, a broken hair dryer, broken clothes hangers, half empty...

« The breakfast had roaches. I got the room for a friend from out of town. My friend was letting her grandchildren, also guest, take something food from breakfast back to the room. The man at the front desk said they couldn’t do that and if they took food back to the room he would call the police. Wow! »

« Le stric minimum, on a payé pour une chambre avec cuisine, pas de poêle pour cuisiner, juste des casseroles. Chambre grande est confortable. Le personnel en retrait et peu à l'écoute, on a dû redemander 2 fois pour une couette en plus, car la ventilation du chauffage la nuit fait enormement de bruit... finalement on a dû faire avec 3 draps supplémentaires. Petit déjeuner compris... c'est un grand mot, passez votre chemin si c'est votre critere principal. Un jus de fruit, un muffin ou...

« I did not even get parked before an employee walked out and told me I could not Park in a reserved parking spot. Even though it was not marked as reserved I was told I couldn't park there. Then I get inside and they tell me I do not have a reservation and I was unable to stay there »
