« I did not even get parked before an employee walked out and told me I could not Park in a reserved parking spot. Even though it was not marked as reserved I was told I couldn't park there. Then I get inside and they tell me I do not have a reservation and I was unable to stay there »

« Hotel clerk gave me a room that was not yet clean. This means that hotel staff has poor or broken communication. This is unacceptable. »

« The staff were very friendly and made the check-in process go smoothly. The only problem we had was the temperature of the water in the shower. One moment it would be very hot and within seconds it would go tepid to ice cold without touching the nozzle. The first day I thought it was potentially because of the time of morning I took a shower (busier time due to check-out) but the second morning I took a shower a couple of hours earlier than the previous morning and it was the same thing. « The breakfast had roaches. I got the room for a friend from out of town. My friend was letting her grandchildren, also guest, take something food from breakfast back to the room. The man at the front desk said they couldn’t do that and if they took food back to the room he would call the police. Wow! »
