« Needed an inexpensive no frills roof over my head for one night. Was provided exactly what I needed, with the convenience of being downtown Austin. Happily, I traveled on a Sunday with free on street parking. Only thing missing from my room was a mug for morning caffeine. Glass cups were provided, as was an electric kettle. « Great location! Lots of natural light and plants and space. Futon room had a great stand-up desk plenty of space. I don't think more than one person could sleep on the futon, and for a child it did just fine. I couldn't find clean sheets for the futon- but property mgmt was very responsive and quickly helped me navigate where they were.Queen bedroom was cozy. The air conditioner hits your face which could be refreshing, or bothersome, depending on your preference. The a/c was also pretty loud...

« When we booked a relatively low cost stay, we didn’t expect anything particularly memorable. But we also didn’t expect to be surprised by bugs in each room — the bathrooms, the bedrooms, the closets, the kitchen. Not sure if this is a product of uncleanliness or just neglect. This property is run by a huge property management company and I doubt it gets much care or attention, and it showed. « A beautiful house, much prettier than the online photos. Great for our large family group. Perfect location. One thing that could be improved is that the king bed is ultra-soft - I wish it were firmer. Other than that, it was a perfect home. »
