« The house is incredible and served our family well. We had all ages from 6 months to adults and it worked well for everyone. Nicely appointed inside and out. The pool area was the favorite. Nicest house in North Topsail as far as we could see! Rebooked for next year. »

« Nice size condo, view of ocean, steps to beach, beautiful pool. Over all nice property . Very quiet Master bedroom most uncomfortable bed I ever slept on and very high. Looked like one of those mattresses in a box. That was the only down side. »

« Finding the rental,parking and getting into the unit was super simple and well explained. We enjoyed being on the third floor because the view of the ocean was a nice bonus. The building was quiet and all the other guests were friendly and quiet. The kitchen had most of the basics but we didn't intend to do a lot of cooking. The blender was a nice touch but we could have used a vegetable steamer. We really enjoyed the location! It was so easy to walk to the beach with our gear and even go...

« My family and I came here for a brief stay to check in on our rental in Sneads Ferry. This condo is PERFECT! We love the comfort and the attention to details the owner put on this condo. It was clean and we enjoyed the kid friendly toys they have available for use. We will definitely rent this one again! »

« This condo was perfect for 4 adults. We had trouble finding other places in our price range that could accommodate 4 adults. The condo was very well maintained and seems like it has just been remodeled! It had absolutely everything you could need (and I mean everything!) The kitchen was completely stocked with utensils and there were even beach towels if you needed them! We had a small issue with the lock and our co-host was fantastic and quick to respond to us! We highly recommend this condo...

« We enjoyed our stay, perfect location, far enough away from overcrowded public beach locations, but close enough to restaurants and shops. Our beds at home were definitely more comfortable, but we still slept well! Family room furniture super cozy, patio furniture very nice! We loved the spacious patio and appreciated the protection from the dunes across the street. Maybe next time there will be a gazebo added across the property to get direct access from house, but it was not a big deal to walk...
