One million stars

From our first communication I was impressed. Craig responded immensely and answered every question thoroughly. We are a family of 7 ranging from grandparents all the way to a one year old. Every detail of our stay was more than 5 Stars. The hoise sparkled! There were PLENTY of towels! Bath towels, hand towels, kitchen towels and beach towel! The kitchen was very well equipped with glassware, so many dishes, tons of kitchen tools. The SALTWATER pool was perfect! The kayaking and snorkeling was incredible right outside our backdoor! We loved the quiet side of the island and really enjoyed the little local grocery right up the road! We were so sad to leave and we can't wait to come back!

Really nice place, the pictures are great but really don’t do the property justice, it was an amazing week for us. Everything about the property was excellent. Owner checked in on us via email and was an excellent host. All I can say is if you are wanting to stay in the Rum Point area you have to consider this place, it is amazing.

Amazing house in a perfect location!

What a great week we had at Sundance! What you see is what you get and more! The house was so well stocked for all of our needs. Craig was so responsive and very easy to communicate with. The Northside of the island was so peaceful and provided us with the most relaxing stay! We had the best time and would definitely recommend to anyone! Thanks for having us!

Wonderful home

We had a wonderful stay in North Cayman! The home was everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable and private. We enjoyed cooking and grilling. The beach was beautiful. It was too windy the week we stayed to take the kayaks out, but still just lovely. We visited several other beaches and went diving too! Highly recommended.

Great family spot

Wife, toddler and I visited Sundance and had a great time. Having access to some basic amenities (crib and high chair) was a huge help. But the house was quiet and had everything needed for our family, pool and beach access. We took advantage of the proximity to the local grocery store, the various Cay clubs, botanical gardens in addition to enjoying the house and pool/beach. So plenty to do, especially if the weather is nice. Great working with the property management company and host for further recommendations on activities, groceries and a refined packing list. Among the best hosts we’ve had for VRBO vacations for us-would recommend for anyone looking to visit.

Amazing Stay

Beautiful home with fantastic pool area and beach location. One of the cleanest homes we have ever stayed in and well appointed as far as kitchen and anything you might need during your stay. Well set up for family as far as layout. Craig as excellent- not intrusive at all and we truly needed nothing during our week. Would definitely recommend!!!

We had a wonderful stay. Craig reaches out immediately and had everything exactly how we needed it for our 6 kids (ages 15-1). Property manager came to introduce himself the first morning to make sure we knew he was available for anything we needed. Kitchen was well equipped. The kayaks were wonderful and the reef immediately out from the house was a wonderful place for my children to explore. We really enjoyed our time and wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Craig and Roy took care of us throughout the week and made sure we were safe. They provided constant updates and you could tell they truly care about their guests. House was awesome and felt like we had the beach to ourselves.

Filthy Beach

The house was nice and the location was perfect for a relaxing vacation. My only two complaints: the curtain panels did not even come close to covering the windows. We had to hang blankets up to block the morning sun from waking us. We chose the location (beachfront) and hired a professional photographer because our daughter was getting engaged at the house on the beach. The beach in front of the house was absolutely filthy—it was piled high with dead sea grass and trash. There were bugs/spiders in the pile of dead grass and it smelled terrible. The photographer attempted to be creative and crop out the trash, but it was not entirely possible. I would not stay here again due to the beach being ugly and trashy.

Amazing Cayman Property

Our vacation and stay at this property was amazing! The location and view are top-notch. There are so many details the owner has placed in the house from fresh beach towels, sunscreen, kayaks, cooking utensils etc. We loved the proximity of being near several restaurants and of course Chisholms to pick up drinks and snacks. We also loved the peace and quiet of not being on 7 mile beach. I would recommend this property and will be staying again in the future. 5 stars!

Sundance on the North Side

Property is beautiful. Very clean and well kept just as the listing shows. Completely enjoyed the solitude that this location boasts. Craig was appropriately communicative and we had no issues during the booking, check-in, stay, or departure. We would highly recommend this awesome property.

A little piece of heaven

The house was very well appointed and well thought out. The furnishings and amenities provided all the comforts of home. We snorkeled and kayaked from our private beach and cooked dinner in, but we were also close enough to Rum Point and Kaibo that we could snorkel, take excursions, and eat out at nice restaurants. We went to Kaibo Espresso almost every day. Craig was very responsive before and during our stay. We loved everything about our stay at Sundance, and we look forward to coming back!

Heaven on earth!!!

We had such an amazing time during our stay. Grand Cayman is just a wonderful place all around and the house was the perfect addition to the vacation. The home is clean and comfortable, with amazing views of the ocean. Felt completely private and was a great place to unwind.

Absolutely perfect

Just stop looking. This is the place you want. We had an absolutely fantastic time at the Sundance house. Cayman’s roads are extremely easy to navigate and we were there in only about 40 minutes after leaving the airport. There are a couple of great, scenic restaurants nearby. The grocery is a bit of a drive, but who cares- just enjoy the scenery on your drive. There’s plenty to do on the island, but you’d be forgiven for never leaving the house. The pool is fantastic and the beach is just amazing. Only recommendation would be to wait for higher tide to snorkel out to the reef. But if you like snorkeling, it’s a must see. Craig is extremely responsive and his right hand man Roy is a wonder of nature. Book now!

Our family of 5 stayed a week at Sundance. This place is stunning! The views are beautiful. The place looks just like the pictures. Absolutely Beautiful Home on the North Side of the Island

We travelled as a family of four (2 young adult children) to the Cayman Islands for a vacation. We had the most wonderful vacation. Sundance is absolutely beautiful and just as pictured, if not more beautiful in person. We had plenty of room and were provided everything we needed for a wonderful week. The view out the back of the pool and the ocean was magnificent. We enjoyed watching the sun rise and set every day. We enjoyed the pool after a hot day on the beach; the pool has colored lights which add to the beauty in the evening. The house was spotless when we arrived and the beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were so clean and actually the master bath has a gorgeous shower that is not pictured. The kitchen was a great place to cook meals, and we had everything we needed to do that. We also loved the kayaks that were provided, and we kayaked every day. The water was fairly calm on the north side of the island, so kayaking was very enjoyable. We did enjoy being on the North side of the Island; there was a market close by and restaurants at Rum Point and the east side of the island that we could get to easily and quickly. Craig was an excellent host. He provided all the information we needed for simple check in and check out, and he did correspond with us several times during the week to make sure that all was well! We would love to stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful week!!!!

Peaceful and private

This is a very nice rental property. Everything is like new, and there are both architectural features (e.g., the layout of the master bath) and items the property owner added (e.g., cookware, dishes, loads of towels and nice linens, etc.) that make it a very comfortable place to stay. It's quite private; besides being on the "quiet side of the island, there is no house on one side and some space between the property and the next house on the other. The pool is lovely; it has the exact effect of an infinity pool, and the unimpeded view of the sea is wonderful. We loved using the kayaks every day. Snorkeling behind the house is good; better than we've experienced further east in Old Man Bay; typical for the north shore that you have to get past quite a bit of sea grass before you get to the corals, so it helps to be mindful of the tides and go at high tide. I should point out that there is a lovely sandy beach - this is a rare commodity for a Cayman house! What the house is missing in the back is a shade feature. In the early afternoon the hose makes a little bit of shade and that extends as the time goes on. We had a couple minor issues with the water for the outside hoses and one of the AC units and both the local property management team and the owner responded right away and fixed things quickly.

Beautiful and Peaceful

What a beautiful home and fantastic location! The house is away from all the crowds and traffic which is exactly what we wanted. We absolutely did not want the Seven Mile Beach experience as we have been there before. Everything you could want or need is provided and all is clean and in excellent condition! Craig was very responsive to all of our questions prior to our trip and during as well. You feel like you are on your own island once you are inside or at the pool/beach. There are currently no neighbors on either side and very few people walking on the beach. Just an absolutely wonderful vacation! Would highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay here again! Thanks Craig!

Amazing Vacation

Our week at Sundance was amazing! The house is just as advertised. Everything is new and clean. The view is amazing. It’s a really great location. 5 minute drive to Rum Point, which is a perfect spot to go when the wind picks up on the Northside. 5 minute drive to Chisholm’s Grocery when you run out of things you need. The pool was great for relaxing and entertaining our kids. Craig was a great host making sure everything was taken care of. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation!
