„The stay was a 4/5. There were a couple bugs found in the kitchen after a couple of days of stay. The amenities were well-shower was nice but pressure and hot water are not the best. The staff on property is very accommodating and helpful, quick to respond which was appreciated. Location is far walking distance from shops and dining unless you rent a car and taxis aren't cheap. „I cannot speak highly enough about this property! It was SPOTLESS! We were so pleasantly surprised by how well it is maintained and just how clean it was! „Marty was such a wonderful host. He greeted us and gave us the tour of this beautiful property! He gave us lots of good advice and was always available when I contacted him. The property was so perfect. Our family consisted of 2 couples and 3 grandkids (ages 17, 20 and 24). „This place really is it!! Our family of 5 had an amazing stay here. There was plenty of space for everyone. The pictures didn’t do the place justice. „This place was a lovely little spot to stay. I absolutely loved listsning to the crashing surf and the coquis each night. They were my lullaby. The beach was seriously a 45 second walk down the road and even though the surf was too high for us to play, we appreciated the provided beach chairs so we could watch the sunset. „Just wow! One of the best stays we have ever had in a vrbo. The host was very responsive and made accommodations when asked. The property was clean and a stones throw from a beach that is boogie board ready. The pool, although not heated (which is not common in Pr anyway) was beautiful and a refreshing dip. The upstairs billiards table made the evenings fly by. If I could give it 10 stars I would! I’ll be recommending this location to any family/friends that come to PR “

„Ann was very responsive to our questions. The house was clean, comfortable, and only a half a block to the beach. Kayaks available as well as life jackets, beach chairs and umbrellas. „Great stay for a solo traveler looking for a place to crash for two nights — easy access to the beach, the T5 and 53 buses (to the airport and Old San Juan), and a 24/7 grocery store (Super Max). It was quiet and clean, and no pests (which was my top priority when booking a place). The bathroom sink is small and I ran out of soap, but that was not a huge deal and I would recommend this place to any solo traveler.“
