« Personnel très accueillant, souriant. Ce qui nous a un peut déplus, c est que le chauffage et le petit frigo était pas mal bruyant… pas pour empêcher de dormir mais assez pour être désagréable. Le reste était bien! Merci »

« Très grande chambre pour 6. Très bon petit dej pour le prix. Micro onde et frigo ds la chambre. Grosse zone commerciale a 3 miles Piscine en panne lors de notre séjour. Pas grave . Personnel très très sympa souriant et réactif. Super tarif pour la qualité »

« Une seule nuit mais nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps. Très confortable, propre, belle piscine, délicieux et copieux petit déjeuner très varié... Très proche de la cascade Buttermilk, et d'autres balades sympathiques... »

« Rather strange set up. Reception is in the lobby of an office building. Lifts/corridors are shared with other commerce/offices...little feeling that you are in a hotel. The week we stayed the rates were VERY high, may be better value off peak. nice gym,, small indoor pool »

« Le personne est gentil et courtois. La chambre était très propre et bien insonorisée. La charme de cet hôtel est extraordinaire. Le petit-déjeuner excellent avec beaucoup de variété. Le seul point négatif est que l'hôtel est loin, nous devons prendre l'auto pour aller au resto ou aller marcher en ville. »

« Loved the original and period appropriate charm of the Grayhaven Motel. We were blown away by the thoughtful touches like complimentary smores kits and wood bundles and local granola for breakfast. Parking was a breeze and access to the state parks and Ithaca were immediate. Would definitely seek this place out again on future trips! »

« Had a wonderful 3 days here. Madeleine and Ken, were excellent and helpful hosts, providing suggestions for walks, wineries and restaurants. The daily homemade breakfast was delicious and varied each day. We particularly loved the fresh homemade muffins and scones. Lovely touch to have access to complimentary snacks, fruit and drinks through the day as well. Great location, comfortable room and an easy walk into town. »

« We had a fabulous time at this property. Jeff, the host, was close by if we had a question (or to share some breakfast with him!). The home was comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. It was a great location for what we had planned.....hiking waterfalls in the area. It was close to grocery stores in Ithaca, and shopping too. When, and if, we are back in the area, we will definitely book again with Jeff!! Thank you Jeff!!! »
