« Great stay, condo was exactly as pictured. Karen was very responsive to questions. Loved the beach view and the beach itself was not crowded (wasn’t quite prime season yet). I would definitely stay here again. »

« 10/10 Perfect location and cozy condo! We (2 adults, 2 kids 13 & 10) stay at different locations every summer and this by far was one of our absolute favorites! The condo is HUGE, very cozy with 2 balconies and a big window with beautiful views! Being directly on the beach made it so convenient to go back & forth from the beach, to the pool and to the condo, repeat! The beach is giagantic and the pool is a nice size as well, with no overcrowding whatsoever! Very close to Publix and restaurants...

« Our family was in town for a graduation trip for our daughter. Robert was a fantastic host, very accommodating, nice, and has a beautiful condo! Highly recommend. »

« It was my understanding that our family was among some of the first to stay in this home since reconstruction. The home has been redone beautifully and was spotless. It even smelled like new home and new furniture. We had age ranges from young adult to elderly and all 6 of us fell in love with this home and truly hated to leave. If anyone reading this is ever on the fence about it….choose this place! Plus it’s a very quick walk over to the beach. The host was also great. He had simple effective...

« The place was clean and had a great lay out. The complex was also clean, and the pools were warm and clean. The location on the south side of the island was perfect. We had a great time at the beach finding shells. Candy's place had everything we needed to make getting around easy. When we arrived, we couldnt find the travel crib. After messaging Candy, he showed up with a travel crib. We had a great time and my kids are already asking to go back. »

« This is a beautiful unit, on the best location at Fort Myers Beach, with amazing no ending views of the beach and marina; the appartment has a wonderful decoration with everything you need to have a pleasure stay; the building is carefully maintain and everything works perfectly; we loved to stay at this appartment and will definitely come back!!! »

« We rented two condos and the 821 condo was well updated and very clean. The 1122 condo was very nice but I did have to clean it. It needs a bit of updating the sofa was broke in and definitely has been used but the location and very well equipped… as a whole couldn’t ask for a better experience and location. Rita was absolutely so accommodating thank you so much. »
