« Tremendously good experience. The design elements of the Crossroads Hotel are fantastic. Think like an Ace Hotel, but with real soul to it. Whenever I’d interact with anyone at the hotel, they’d go out of their way to help and just be kind. The lobby bar is also really cool and not to be missed. Highly recommend. »

« Cleaning staff was very friendly every time I encountered them. Loved my suite and the bed was comfortable. During a hot August stay the AC worked well in such a big room. My only complaint would be the shower. The building clearly shows its age with the old shower, which has a semi-disgusting rusty moldy ventilation shaft that hovers by your head while you shower in a dimly lit tub. Other than that everything else was A+. »

« The staff was wonderful and the Three Owls Restaurant was so good. The breakfast buffet this morning was delicious. The chef was very social. I enjoyed visiting with him. »

« Truly a gem in the heart of Kansas city! The room, the decor and the sheer feeling of being in a building that has been magnificently updated made my experience magical and wonderful.of course all of the beautiful people who work at this venerable hotel are phenomenal and make me hope to return one day! »

« Beautiful historic property. If you like historical hotels this is nice one. Staff was, without exception very good. I gave 4 stars because of the age and wear, which is to be expected, but might bother travelers who prefer newer properties. Great blackout curtains. The hotel bar was good. »
