« Hôtel correct. Service catastrophique. Au restaurant ils ne comprennent rien et on attend des heures. Au bar c'est pareil. Personne pour vous aider avec les bagage. On dirait que tout le monde fait son premier jour de job : ils ne comprennent pas ce qu ils doivent faire et disent et font n importe quoi »

« Hôtel bien situé au calme et propre. Personnel de l'accueil pas très accueillant mais personnel restaurant sympathique et souriant. Il faut tout de même avoir un bon niveau d'anglais pour comprendre et se faire comprendre. »

« Super séjour à AC hotel, lhotel est moderne et beau. les barmans sont tres gentils. quelques personnes à la reception laisse a désirer car pas très acceuillante mais le personnel en général est très sympas et souriant. la nourriture laisse a désirer et est cher pour cher. Dommage que le petit dejeuner ne soit pas inclus. je retournerais sans hésitation »

« Suzanne is an amazing host, Who cares. The way she cares for her plants and landscaping showed us upon arrival that we were going to be in good hands. We truly appreciate everything she has done during our say. We will not stay anywhere else when we come to Kingston. My husband and I travel a lot and this place gets all 5 stars. Clean, friendly, good food, great conversation and pleasant atmosphere. »

« Mr Anderson is a very good host and a good communicator. The smart lock on the door facilitated my brothers accessing the villa independently of my going and comings. I dont like it when hosts insisted on only giving us one key, so it was a huge plus. Overall the villa and the host exceeded my expectations. »

« The property was lovely. We loved the space and the comfortability of being in a gated apartment. There was a full size fridge (some places only have a small fridge that can barely hold anything) We appreciate our host being very attentive. Kwame communicated with us to ensure that our stay will be a pleasant one. The security Guards were great.
