« I was given a lovely warm welcome after a long journey to get there and felt at home as soon as arriving. The room was perfect, nice and quiet as requested and breakfast the next day was really nice and set me up for the day. Thanks so much i look forward to returning to you soon »

« Hôtel charmant. Nous avons été sur-classés pour nos 3 nuits. La chambre était très spacieuse, les lits jumeaux confortables. Petit-déjeuner très bon. Piscine très agréable. Proche du centre de Bath où l'on peut aller à pieds en 10minutes. Seul bémol, la baignoire était mal lavée (cheveux, trace de moisissures). »

« Advantages: The room was clean, fresh, and stylish. The bathroom was elegant. Very good breakfast. Relatively central location. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Disadvantages: The room lacks a wardrobe(!). The room lacks a safety box. Many rooms are located on the ground floor with limited views. If you don't have a car and arrive by train, it's a 20-minute walk from the station along a country road. Note: Incredibly, they have installed a white plastic shower curtain in the very elegant...

« The bedrooms have good facilities which adds to comfort, ie comfortable bed, Roberts radio, iron and ironing board, cafetière for your coffee as well as choice of teas. Large bathroom with good shower which was powerful and hot. We had dinner at the hotel and even though the food was okay, the service was slow. The staff were very apologetic but there were large parties in for dining and there are not enough waiting staff to cope. »

« A Hidden Gem of a Hotel. Staff Are All very Friendly and made us Feel very Welcome. Food is First Class. Grounds are very well Manicured. Excellent base for Visiting Bristol, but you will need a Car as Hotel is off the Beaten track. »

« I love this place. I have been here many times. The rooms are lovely. Very tastefully decorated and comfortable. I only wish they would serve breakfast at a business-person’s time. At 0800 it is crazy late for a work day. »

Petit déjeuner à "l'anglaise" compris dans le prix très copieux! Seul petit bémol, la ligne de chemin de fer qui passe juste derrière la chambre, cela peut surprendre! »

« Lovely pub with comfortable room. Friendly staff and nice beer. I was greeted with a warm welcome and escorted to my room. Tea/coffee making facilities were present and fresh milk available on request in the bar. I only had breakfast once but it was tasty and well presented. »

« Good location but difficulty to find the place. No sign in front of the building. You have to go to another place to check in and get the key. It’s not a five star hotel! It’ an apartment in a townhouse. »
