« J’ai adoré l’hôtel et le service ! Très tranquille comme place surtout pour un couple . Le service est excellent et l’endroit est exceptionnel au niveau de la propreté . Par contre , je trouve que le nettoyage de chambre doit être mieux effectué.Aussi, j’ai remarqué que le service à la plage manquait de rigueur. Sinon pour le tout c’est un excellent Hôtel !Je recommande! 😊 »

The kids club was wonderful—although I didn’t personally use it, my friend did and her kids were safe, happy, and well taken care of. « This property is maintained immaculately. The staff are pleasant, professional, and go above and beyond to help you celebrate whatever special day you are having. I was amazed at the anniversary surprise that I received. This is my second time in the last two years of staying at this very same hotel and I will definitely be back a third time. The staff are so welcoming, the food is delicious and the property is well maintained. Kudos to you all for doing such an excellent job! »

« The staff and food was great. Delicious authentic jamaican food at the Mo Bay buffet Restaurant and excellent service. A couple things we felt a little discomfort with was the bed and ac. The bed wasnt that comfortable for my preference, it was a litte hard. The AC was running but we found it to be still hot in the room at night. »

« The service was fantastic. The resort felt a bit small, but I loved that there was an opportunity to spend time at both resorts. There was some construction at the resort. Not near my building, but there was some noise near the beach »

« The room was very clean, however the rooms are located in a very local shopping mall with lots of loitering outside, very noisy, no windows so felt claustrophobic. The outside was dirty , crowded and noisy I did not feel safe enough to stay there so I left. »

« I booked a destination for my 21 year old daughter birthday and she had aworry free amazing time. The host setup everything my daughter wanted to do flawlessly! The private chef was exceptional with Jamaican and American cuisine! The driver was always out front and on time! Can't wait for the next visit! »

"Le complexe est très bien entretenu a l’extérieur, par contre les chambres ne sont pas très propre au quotidien. Le personnel n’est pas souriant, comme si ils sont en fonction par obligation. La plage est petite et beaucoup d’algues. Je ne recommande pas."
