« Wonderful hotel, but as other reviewers said made to feel like a criminal for having a small tattoo at the spa. The irony is that my tattoo is Hawaiian and this is supposed to be a resort honoring Hawaiian culture. I followed instructions and covered it up, but I was only allowed to use the onsen at night (exceptionally) when all guests had left - I wasn’t allowed to use it the day after despite having paid full price for spa use. »

« The free use of house car was great »

« Just wonderful and they are extremely accommodating when you have a child ! Don’t look for another place, this is the best ! »

« La chambre était très confortable et le personnel très attentionné »

« Magnifique hôtel! À recommander sans aucune hésitation! Petit-déjeuner Wow! »

« Bien mais petit déjeuner très décevant hôtel loin du centre »

« We had a wonderful stay at Fairmont Tokyo. Although the hotel is about a 10-minute taxi ride from Ginza, where we planned to spend most of our time, it was absolutely worth it. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered stunning water views. The service was excellent throughout our stay, and breakfast was a highlight. We also had dinner at one of the hotel’s restaurants, and the food was fantastic. The pool and outdoor hot tub were fantastic as well and made the stay even more...

« Excellent service, merci au personnel de Four Seasons qui a fait de ce séjour un moment en famille inoubliable! »
