« Check in problems because of issues between hotels.com and the hotel. But they were kind to still give me a room while trying to sort it out. Property and room quite clean but needs maintenance and new linen, towels etc. Bed not comfortable. Service not very professional. Food not fantastic. »

« I stayed for 8th to 10th Jan 2024 electricity went off around 11pm on the 9th and the rooms were infested with mosquitoes. I remained awake all night using phone light to chase mosquitoes. I bathed using my phone light & moved out as early as 6:42am same time power was restored. I already started malaria medication and will never recommend this hotel »

« What was promised like free breakfast was not offered, their deadbolt and security door are not properly secured. Their lights are not bright enough and needs to be replaced, their safe box is not functioning. My checking in was a little bit frustrating because they couldn’t find my name on the booking list »

« Hotel turned me back that they do not have contract with Expedia anymore. Reception stay was cunning and rude. Not recommended for anyone. »

« The A/C need to be on while the generator when the generator is turned off after a power cut as the weather is outrageously hot. »

« AC did not work, only 2 channels on TV, water just a trickle in shower, facility is old and shabby. Staff was very unhelpful and uncooperative. Would not recommend. »

« This was a waste of money i would like evey cent that i spent here to be refunded......they said breakfast included but yet then said it was not when i was there i asked them to clean the room they said that thst only clean once a day the i also asked them for a bowl and spoon because i wanted to make corn flakes they said they cant give me let me not get started on the wifi password requirements »
