« I had a short stay in Nigeria for 6days and I booked this hotel with mixed feeling at first but when I arrived there, I had a great time and the hotel staff, the management were all helpful and made my stay a memorable one. I will stay at this hotel again. It is exactly what I needed because of its remoteness and just 10mins from the center. »

« On arrival the desk clerk was unable to find my booking and the manager was called. This proved to be an unhelpful experience even though the booking was found he stated that he couldn’t find confirmation of the payment, despite me showing him the confirmation emails from Hotel.com. He appeared completely uninterested leaving me to phone the UK landline available to me so they could resolve the matter. He then disappeared to his office leaving me to follow and enquire of the outcome after which...
