« I cannot recommend this place enough. It is rustic in location, but modern in amenities. Checkin was fast and easy. The staff were friendly and helpful in getting tickets and accomodations set. The location was easy to walk around in, though we are in shape and younger. I was concerned at the quality we might get because the price was so low, but wow. This place made the experience so much better in Orvieto. »

« Beautiful property, clean and nice rooms. Our hosts were very helpful and the food amazing! Breakfast containing fresh fruits, local products and freshly baked cakes was fantastic. Pool and relaxing area with a view of Monte Amiata. »

« Very clean property in the hills. We appreciated the video of how to find the apartment, since the roads going up can be confusing. While we wish there was A/C, we still enjoyed the breathtaking view of Orvieto from the patio. It was easy to get to town via car. The hosts were friendly. »

« Our stay couldn’t have been better! The location was perfect for exploring the historic center, with easy access to all major sights. The room and bathroom were spotless. Daniele, the owner, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. When our car was unexpectedly towed, he didn’t hesitate to take us to the location, free of charge. His kindness didn’t stop there—he also helped us communicate with the towing company since we don’t speak Italian, making a stressful situation much...

« The property is extremely well located near the start of the old town and was walkable to everywhere. Our room was small but very lovely and when we stuck our heads out of the window, we had an amazing view of the old town! The only problem was parking - we couldnt find any bc of a festival - but thats not the hotels fauot! Just be a bit organsjed - and i recommend parking behind the bus terminal (Eu10 per day). »
