„Fully renovated just as described on the listing. Super clean and very organized. We were able to bring our boat and keep it in the water behind the house. This place is so cute and cumfy. My husband and I come to this little town at least twice a year. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to come back to stay here when we visit the area on our next trip. „Very comfortable, inviting stay at the Beachy Cape Coral getaway after a long journey from Minnesota, trying to get ahead of back to back Winter storms. So when we arrived at this beautiful home, it was such a beautiful place to rest and rejuvenate. „Property was very clean. All essential items on the property worked fine. One missing item from the property and that was the space heater. Understandable considering there is normally not a huge call for such an item in FL! Owner/manager was responsive when contacted. Would not recommend this property for anyone with any mobility disabilities due to property layout. This property met my needs for a week visit(well close to a week) to my parents.
