« We were well greated by a super nice lady. The room was cleaned, all the amenities were there. The bed though was not the most comfortable and the sheets were really well used, we could see through it. And the train is really loud so get ready for that. Breakfast was good. Was a great hotel for a short stay. »

« Rooms are clean but bedding, drapes and carpet are old and dingy. No in room coffee maker and no ice machine and pool is permanently closed. Very disappointed. Always has been our go to hotel in Ponoka but won’t stay here anymore. Owner needs to push some money towards repairs and updates. »
