« The property is beautiful inside and out and so comfortable. I arrived here after a 13 hour drive and it was amazing to relax in the jetted tub and hang out on the luxurious chairs and couches. Lots of great places to eat nearby, convenient to everything in Rochester and not too far from Niagara Falls and Buffalo either.Very quiet neighborhood wonderful for evening or morning walks. « We had a relaxing stay and enjoyed this spot! Everything was just like the photos. Clean, comfortable, quiet and a beautiful view. We enjoyed grilling food and spending time on the patio by the lake. If we had more time we would have explored the park next door. Maureen has everything you need and explains locations of local restaurants and local grocery stores in the materials she provides. I would note there is not an oven in the kitchen, just a stove top. We used the grill for our needs but...

« I enjoyed my stay. The lockbox was hard to open, but it did open. The bed is comfortable, the ac and heat were easy to regulate, the icemaker worked great (many rentals have broken ice dispensers), the TV, fridge, stove and dishwasher are all new. But the best part is the screen porch with views of the lake, a fox family, deer, turtles and swallows. I would have liked some outside chairs and a grill, but you can't have everything. »

The area is also full of opportunities: great beaches, fine family restaurants and pick-your-own farms. We got full support from the rental management. They are very responsive and pleasant. We spent a week at the cottage and thoroughly enjoyed every day. »
