There was no dock in the water as advertised, the paddle boat was filled with water and dirty, the outdoor furniture was not cleaned and had dead bugs all over it. I communicated the week prior to arrival asking about life jackets to use the boats and was told they should be there but it would be confirmed. I kept following up but no confirmation. „We rented Chris' property for my cousins wedding weekend and it was truly amazing. It is 10-15 minutes from all essentials we needed for the weekend. 8 minutes from the venue as well. It was so clean and very spacious. The outdoor amenities were incredible. The beds were super comfortable. the kitchen had all of the essentials. enough towels to last a lifetime. We are dog people though. The dogs were part of the wedding and having a such a nice place for the humans to stay as well as the dogs ...

„Place was clean and cozy. Big yard for games and a fire pit for s’mores. Based on previous review I brought pots/pans but didn’t need them. Everything was available. Stove is gas and I was not familiar with using one so that was the only “challenge”We had a ball and the place was perfect for us!!“
