„Starting with Emily at the front desk, to the clean room with brand new carpet, to the clean pool and an impressive breakfast bar, we were impressed with this find in Allendale! Much to our dismay, we arrived in Grand Rapids only to find all hotel rooms in our budget were filled already due to a sports event. We drive a little further and happened upon this gem! Would definitely stay again.“

„Elevator was sketching. Building looks like they slapped some paint on it and called it good. Rooms were okay and bed was comfy. Terrible asphalt smell outside when you get to the property. Definitely felt the pictures on here made it look nicer than it was.“

„When we arrived the outdoor trash can was overflowing and garbage was blowing around the parking lot. We walked in the lobby and there was no one at the desk. We rang the bell and after several minutes someone finally came to check us in. She was less than friendly. Got into our room and the cleaning staff left everything to be desired. The furniture was dusty and the metal plate that the bedside light fixtures were attached to had crusty finger prints around the light switches. The bathroom ...

„Very basic motel with no elevator. Front desk was helpful. No breakfast but clean“

„I will neverrr in my life will i ever stay at this hotel ever again in my life. I was displaced from my home due to my neighbor starting a fire and the manager thought it was cool to crack a rude joke “just don’t burn our hotel down” umm excuse me? Then at breakfast, i noticed other people had their dogs, no one said a word to them. I assumed oh, it must be a thing and it was okay. While we were in the lobby with my dog… the manager said something to us. I moved him but I thought it was funny ...

„I have to go outside to smoke, yet the hallways reek of pot. And there isn't anyone smoking pot outside. If no smoking is enforced on regular smokers then it should be enforced on the get high folks too.“
