« We had an exceptional stay ! The hotel is absolutely magnificent (the hotel itself, the park… Everything is sumptuous). The swimming pool and SPA are incredible. In the restaurant, the buffets are excellent (for breakfast and dinner). And throughout the stay, we were able to measure the involvement, efficiency and professionalism of all the teams. Excellent sense of service and always a smile and a kind word ! Congratulations to all the teams ! We will keep exceptional memories of our vacations...

« Excellente impression, mais notre chambre donnait du côté de la rue ! Donc, il y avait un bruit infernal toute la nuit. Présence d'un McDo et d'un bar, ainsi qu'un stand de nourriture à emporter.A part le bruit, tout était superbe ! »

Everything is just perfect , very nice and very helpful staff ( Mia at the front desk is such a nice lady ) and Pavel( I hope that's his name-can't remember now , he is the hotel groundskeeper) was absolutely 100% helpful with everything, he even recommended local trips to us and we are glad we followed his recommendations. « The hotel is located just outside of Kitzbühel and has multiple facilities. (+) several saunas, a jazz bar, a spa, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, high-tech room with a smart TV that we could connect our phone to (hence watch our favorite Netflix shows) (-) We had no views from our balcony. We opened the door of the balcony thinking we'd find vast lands or mountains in front of us, instead there was pretty much nothing. »
